EVEST had developed the professional LED pick and place machines for 1200mm long board from many years ago, and for hundreds customers' request, make the special application for LED Lighting long boards from 600mm to 3000mm or longer. The 2011 new LED lighting best pick and place solution is EML-61D.

EML-61D is not only for 1200mm long board, it can be used for 1500, 1800, 2400 or 3000mm LED lighting Boards. 6 heads can be pick the LED components at the same time and spin the LED components' angles to fit all LED Lighting designs.

EVEST knows LED characters and customers' request well. Flexible, high speed, long board, low cost, EML-61D can choose the different bean LED components by customer's setting. Smaller but meet the big boards application.

EML-61D is for 1200mm/1500mm/1800mm/2400mm LED tubes(T8/T5), LED back light modules, LED strip, all LED components (high power or normal LED), LED Car lighting, LED soft strip, LED street lighting, LED top lighting and so on. Normal electric components(SMD capacitor,resistor....) can be used by EML-61D too.
