Formosa Plastics Group (FPG) has integrated its supply chain of LED lightings. The major integrated company includes Nan Ya Photonics Inc., Formosa Advanced Technologies Co., Ltd. andFormosa Energy & Material Technology Co., Ltd.

Nan Ya Photonics Inc., as the major pusher behind FPG`s business deployment in the segment, has allied with Epistar Corp., acquired stakes in Precision Silicon Corp. and built a joint venture with Yulon Group. Nan Ya Photonics has also produced LED streetlights, LED lamps, LED bulbs, and LED light bars for cabinets, a top-notch supplier of LED lightings.

It’s affiliate Formosa Advanced Technologies Co., Ltd. has also been expanding the industry for LED testing and packaging, devoted to rear procedure in FGP`s supply chain of LED lightings. It has planed to rise up the original budget of NT$3 billion to about NT$5 billion to procure more DDR3 testers and packaging equipment.

FPG’s subsidiary Formosa Energy & Material Technology Co., Ltd. engaged in development and production of battery cathode materials and lithium iron phosphate batteries.
