Mitsubishi Electric Released New Color TFT-LCD Module Featuring Built-In White LED

Mitsubishi Electric has released a new AA057QD01 5.7" QVGA color TFT-LCD module with a white LED backlight.

This module features a built-in LED driver, which not only can promote reduced production cost but also achieve a more compressed design.

Plus, the LCD device does not require any high-voltage inverters, and its enhanced backlight structure design brings down the thickness level to 8.8 mm.

Other features such as operating at a temperature of 25° C , a lifetime of 100,000 h. The backlight delivers a 450 cd/m2 high brightness for improved visibility in bright locations. Total power consumption of the AA057QD01 is minimized to 1.83 W.

It also has a contrast ratio of 800:1 , an optimum viewing angle of 6 o'clock, and it is mercury-free and RoHS-compliant.

The module is suitable for industrial applications.
