Kulicke & Soffa Launches Dedicated Solution for LED Packaging Markets

Kulicke & Soffa Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: KLIC) (“K&S” or the “Company”) announced the formal launch of the LUMOSTM Capillary, a dedicated bonding solution for LED packaging markets.
