SemiLEDs Ordered Veeco’s MOCVD System for High Volume LED Production

SemiLEDs has placed an order from Veeco’s TurboDisc(R) K465i(TM) gallium nitride (GaN) MOCVD System for high-volume production of high brightness LEDs at its Taiwanese manufacturing facility.

Chuong A. Tran, Ph.D., President, Chief Operating Officer, of SemiLEDs commented, "We have placed Veeco's K465i system into our production facility in Taiwan.
