LumaStream Joins Bridgelux Ecosystem Program to Provide Synergistic LED Solutions

Eric Higgs, President and CEO of LumaStream, Inc. announced that LumaStream has signed a cooperation agreement with Bridgelux  under the Bridgelux Ecosystem Program.  Mr. Higgs views this agreement as a foundation for further market and technical developments with Bridgelux.  “We are extremely impressed with efficiency and performance of the Bridgelux arrays.  The quality of these arrays was a driving factor in our development efforts.”  Mr. Higgs added that “The Ecosystem Program is a vehicle for reaching a broader market for LumaStream’s Power Vector intelligent power conversion and control interface technology.”

LumaStream’s ‘Power Vector’ power supplies are designed as enabling technology for LED luminaire manufactures to maximize reliability, efficiency and control.  The Power Vector THEA product was designed to complement Bridgelux RS and ES arrays.

“We are very pleased that LumaStream is a certified Bridgelux Ecosystem Program partner,” said Mike Gershowitz, Director of Technical Marketing at Bridgelux. “Through the Bridgelux Ecosystem Program, LumaStream joins Bridgelux in providing reliable, synergistic solutions to our shared customer, thereby simplifying new product development and accelerating time-to-market.”

Both LumaStream and Bridgelux have demonstrated innovation and leadership in the rapidly growing solid-state lighting market.  Mr. Higgs sees partnerships as a critical element of market success in the solid-state lighting industry.  He summarized the opportunity with one of his favorite phrases, “the future is bright, so put on your sunglasses.”
