A Chicago-based team launched Kickstarter campaign for its portable solar battery called Solar Watt Box. The campaign pledged for US $8,500 and has secured US $1,035 in total.

As Outdoor activities like camping grows more popular over the past few years, energy supply has always been one of the crucial problem on the go. With a selection of four different watt boxes to choose from, users can opt for the disposable battery or a solar powered SLA battery.

The Solar Watt Box, as long as with sufficient sunlight and clear skies, keeps the LED light strips lit for up to 24 hours of full brightness and 72 hours on low brightness.

The waterprrof 150 RGB LED rope with music controller can be used for outdoor camping or party.

The Watt Box Mini kit pledges for US $35. The mini kit includes Watt Box, a DC output, a switch and a tote bag.

Powered by 2 disposable 6v lantern batteries, this entry level Watt Box is the most affordable way to power your LED lights for 24+ hours.

The Solar Watt Boxes are expected to be shipped by July 2016. What is a bit pity is that these products currently offer shipment within only the United States.
