Albeo Breaks 89 Lumens Per Watt System Efficiency with Cree XLamp XP-G LEDs

Albeo Technologies Inc. announced a milestone in Solid-State Lighting; the award winning C-Series LED fixture with Cree's XLamp® XP-G R3 LEDs (Albeo part number LS-E143-011C0-RPG) surpassed 89 lumens per watt efficacy with an output of 3074 lumens tested to LM-79 standards by a CALiPER accredited independent testing facility. Efficacy can vary depending on configuration options. Test report number ITL63217 is available for download at www.albeotech.com.

LED Low Bay Light Fixture

"Albeo's TEMPR technology provides high system level efficiencies by optimizing the LED drive, printed circuit board design and layout, power conversion and fixture design. TEMPR delivers Solid-State lighting systems that are brighter, more efficient, weigh less, and use fewer LEDs with lower junction temperatures to produce fixtures that are more efficient and last longer," said Jeff Bisberg, CEO, Albeo Technologies. "With an average 2 ft by 4 ft parabolic fluorescent troffer in the 65 lm/W system efficacy range, Albeo's demonstration represents a 35% improvement."

"Commercial, industrial, retrofit and new-build, lighting markets are now deploying LED for general lighting solutions," said Neil Cannon, EVP of Business Development, Albeo Technologies. "Albeo's successful installations, with demonstrated reliability, and efficiency go beyond the noise in today's LED market. If you have an energy, renovation, retrofit, or new build project, Albeo can help you save energy, reduce maintenance, and lower your carbon footprint."
