The Board Appoints Danny Liao to Serve as CEO of New Business Development of Lite-On Group

Lite-On Technology announced on June 19 that the Board has approved to appoint Mr. Danny Liao, the CEO of Lite-On IT, to serve as CEO of New Business Development of Lite-On Group, mainly responsible for the Group's long-term growth strategy and new Non-PC business development, with the focus on LED lighting, Automotive Electronics and Biotech and Medical industries. In order to accelerate the integration of the group resources and transition, the new businesses will play a vital role in driving the company's further secular growth and profit, looking forward.
 
Meanwhile, the Board also approved to nominate Mr. David Lin as Honorary Vice Chairman of Lite-On Group, as well as Chairman of Lite-On Green Technologies, Lite-On Clean Energy and Lite-On Mobile. Mr. David Lin joined Lite-On Group in 1990, who has always played an important promoter in the restructuring and reorganization the Group has gone through.
