Marvell Cooperates with Cree to Show New LED Lamp Joint Reference Design

Marvell has teamed up with Cree on new LED lamp joint reference design.

The new A19 60-watt dimmable LED lamp reference design combines the Cree® XLamp® LEDs and Marvell® 88EM8183 deep-dimming TRIAC LED driver integrated circuit (IC), enabling original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and original device manufacturers (ODMs) to offer the highest compatibility with existing dimmers. The new design delivers industry-leading deep dimming performance with system efficacy of more than 75 lumens per watt.

At Lightfair International 2012, the A19 reference design will be displayed in Cree's booth (#130 at the Las Vegas Convention Center) and will be showcased in the Marvell suite from May 9 - 11.
