Access Fixtures Expands LED Bollard Lights Product Line with New Parking Lot Lighting

Access Fixtures has expanded its line of bollard lights to include 277 volt 10 watt LED bollard lights. Frequently municipal, commercial and hospitality properties use 277v to light outdoor areas such as parking lots. 277 volt LED light bollards permits the installation of LED bollard lights on the same circuits, eliminating the requirement of a second circuit and wires to support lower voltage lighting applications.

"When business owners and property managers who use 277v want to add or switch to LED bollard lights, it was expensive as they had to add new circuits and run additional wire to power the lower voltage fixtures," said Access Fixtures CEO, Steven Rothschild. "Access Fixtures 277 volt LED bollard lights are a cost-effective solution as they use the existing circuits and wires."

Area lighting in parking lots is frequently installed using 277v luminaires, as higher voltage reduces the amps required which in turn reduces the size of the wiring required. To date, 277v LED luminaires are rare and if available, are expensive.  Access Fixtures new 277v LED bollard lights fills the requests of property managers as they are able to use the existing power source.

277v LED bollard lights adds to Access Fixtures extensive line of energy saving LED bollard lights. Using only using 10 watts, the reflector LED light bollard delivers 58% more lumens than the 50 watt metal halide version, reduces energy use by over 80% and the LED lasts 5 times as long as the MH lamp. Access Fixtures' bollard lights are available in custom heights as well as a variety of colors to complement the surrounding architecture.
