Global Tech LED Files Bulb Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against Hilmuz and Others

As the Inventor and Manufacturer of the world’s most advanced LED Light Engines, Global Tech LED announced today it has filed a lawsuit against Hilumz USA and other entities for infringement of one its patents entitled “LED Light Bulb” (U.S. Patent No. 8,979,304). Global Tech LED has also initiated a lawsuit against those owners and operators of www.everywattmatters.com. Global Tech LED will continue to enforce its rights and is standing in open arms to any distributors caught in the middle who are interested in purchasing a product that is not infringing.

Gary Mart, CEO of Global Tech LED, said “that today is a day of splendor as we are taking the necessary steps to make sure Global Tech LED protects itself.” Global Tech LED’s products have been copied and infringed upon by many, including entities and individuals based in Asia, and, disappointingly, also in the United States. As a result, Global Tech LED is now, and will continue to, protect its business against all those believed to be infringing its various patents.  Global Tech LED has a network of distributors, customers, manufacturers, representatives that depend on Global Tech LED. Every sale or offering for sale of an infringing product affects our families and those who work for us.

In the face of widespread infringing conduct Global Tech LED has continued to improve its product line, enabling it to obtain various patents covering various different aspects of its products and technology. Global Tech LED is determined to protect and safeguard its proprietary technology and will aggressively engage those parties that infringe on its patents. China is importing growing quantities of LED lighting products to compete with our USA made products. They manipulate their currencies to maintain a competitive edge over USA made products. As a result, thousands of Americans are losing manufacturing jobs to Chinese companies. We ask all Americans to support American made products. Keep our money here to grow more jobs and secure the American lifestyle. Money going to China is supporting a communist country.

The battle to survive as a U.S. manufacturer is a considerable one, and “we continuously seek and support those clients who support our efforts to ‘Buy American,’” said Gary Mart.
