InfoComm China: The Future of Networked Communications

The 2017 presentation of InfoComm China, to be held on 12 – 14 April 2017, will set yet another record for being the largest ever to take place, occupying all nine halls covering 55,000 sqm of the China National Convention Centre. Building on the success of previous editions, InfoComm China 2017 will see more than 300 local and overseas exhibitors as well as the convergence of record number of visitors and Summit delegates, further enhancing its position as the biggest, most vibrant and not-to-be-missed showcase of professional AudioVisual (pro-AV) and Information Communication Technology (ICT) in Asia Pacific.
 
THE EXHIBITION
 
As the reputation and visibility of InfoComm China continue to grow locally and overseas, an increasing number of new exhibitors are participating for the first time. This year, InfoComm China will welcome more than 52 new exhibitors from 8 countries and regions, namely China, USA, Japan, UK, Germany, Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

THE SUMMIT
 
An integral component of InfoComm China is the Summit. In line with past practices, InfoComm China Summit will be held concurrently with the exhibition over three days. In addition to existing supporting associations like Digital Signage Multimedia Alliance Taiwan, the Summit has also garnered the support of two new leading industry associations: Guangdong New Energy Vehicle Industry Association and China Hotel Association Wisdom.
 
Slated to whet the appetite of and to instil the interests of attendees and partners is an exciting array of interactive presentations and discussion sessions on a wide range of issues.
 
  • InfoCommAsia University Seminars – These sessions combine the best of both worlds – classroom learning and hands-on experience – to deepen the technical knowledge of AV and ICT professionals.  Understand how Internet of Things impacts audio and video integration from Jerry Hung, Vice President of BXB Electronics Co Ltd; and how IP can be effectively used in the education sector for more effective learning from Paul Harris, CEO of Aurora Multimedia.There will be sessions conducted in English to cater to international delegates. 
 
  • IT Forum – Jointly-organized with China InfoWorld Magazine, this forum focused on the next generation of Virtual Reality (VR) will delve into the core technology of VR development as well as applications and trends for VR technology. Through case studies on XiaoMi and Taobao Buy+, it will illustrate how VR can enable business transformation.
 
  • Digital Signage Asia (DSA) Forum – Jointly-organized with Digital Signage Multimedia Alliance Taiwan, this 2-day Forum will gather experts from Taiwan, Japan, China, Singapore and Canada for in-depth discussion on innovative applications of digital signage solutions and the benefits it can bring to end-users. DSA Forum aims to attract more professionals to drive the industry globally through the introduction of more effective, creative and interactive content.
 
  • Smart City Forum – Jointly-organized with Guangdong New Energy Vehicle Industrial Association (GDNEVIA), there will be a series of discussions focusing on Big Data and the future of Smart Cities, from a city of driverless cars to public-private partnership model in traffic management. Formed on 16 June 2016, GDNEVIA’s vision is to helm the new energy vehicle market to build a zero displacement smart city. The association will take the lead to further innovation and accelerate development in the utilization of new energy vehicles. 
 
  • Smart Hotel Forum – Jointly-organized with China Hotel Association Wisdom, this forum will delve into how China Smart Hotel 3.0 will revolutionize the hospitality industry in the new era through productivity enhancement, effective cost control and quality improvement to achieve new progress and breakthroughs in hotel management, service level, marketing and customer experience.
