According to Jim Decker, vice president and general manager of residential lighting for Progress Lighting, the resurgence of open designs in light fixtures opens the opportunity for designers, showroom owners and other industry experts to select a variety of lamps to complement their favorite statement pieces.

“The combination of MaxLite’s cutting edge expertise in LED lamps and luminaires with Progress Lighting’s vast product portfolio will drive the next wave of innovation in our industry,” Decker said. “Our conversations with showroom attendees will be richer with MaxLite’s presence and we are proud they have partnered with us during this important expansion at the Dallas Market Center."

Over 4,400 MaxLite LED lamps will be featured in Progress Lighting luminaires, including six MaxLite models being shown for the first time, and specially designed for a showroom environment. Items featured include new LED filament and frosted filament designs as well as JA8 certified lamps that are designed to meet California Title 24 and Title 20 lighting regulations. MaxLite worked as a strategic partner with Progress Lighting to introduce the latest in LED lamp technology to the luminaire manufacturer’s dramatically expanded showroom in Trade Mart 3840. Located on the atrium, the 20,000-square-foot space more than doubles Progress Lighting’s previous footprint at Dallas Market Center, which presents more than 1 million square feet of residential lighting resources from the world’s leading companies.

“MaxLite is proud to help Progress Lighting showcase their award-winning fixture collections with the newest energy-efficient LED light sources as they grow their showroom into a remarkable experience center for beautiful lighting,” said Vice President of OEM National Accounts and Industry Relations Chris Primous. “Through our partnership with Progress Lighting at Dallas Market Center, we are thrilled to be presenting the MaxLite line to thousands of lighting buyers from around the world.”
