Lighting Science Group to Release New LED Lighting Products as Part of Commercial Business Transformation

Lighting Science Group, a global manufacturer of LED lighting solutions, announced comprehensive refreshes and redesigns across the company’s entire commercial product portfolio. Being rolled out in a phased approach beginning this quarter, this revamp will begin with the general availability and release of the new and improved value-based GP19 lamp.

Following the GP19 Value Pack release, which was launched globally on June 22nd and received with great enthusiasm, Lighting Science plans to release numerous new products beginning in the next few weeks and continuing through the end of 2015 to completely refresh its commercial portfolio. A revolutionary T8 linear and a new Energy Star approved A19 will be hitting the market shortly. Later this year, innovative BR, PAR and MR families of products, a new sleek and streamlined Glimpse™ Advantage downlight, and several new, ground-breaking infrastructure LED offerings will follow in the third and fourth quarters of this year. Finally, Lighting Science’s unique and unrivaled Rhythm™ Series of biologically correct lighting solutions will expand dramatically by years’ end. Future press announcements will follow as these fresh state-of-the-art products come to market.
