How many types of LEDinside membership are there?

Currently, a user who has successfully registered with LEDinside immediately becomes an LEDinside member. LEDinside membership is mainly classified into two types: general member and paid member.

How do I become an LEDinside general member?

LEDinside does not charge the general member any fees. A user can become a general member after successful registration with LEDinside and enjoy the following free services:
·Full access to various articles, including Research, Tech Column, Interviews, Features, Events, etc.
·LEDinside forum offers a two-way interactive platform where LED buyers and suppliers can post and view articles and replies

What is LEDeXchange?

In order to facilitate the information exchange among cross-strait and oversea LED industry players, as well as LED industry related suppliers, LEDinside has officially launched LEDeXchange, a B2B electronic trading platform to bridge the communication among global LED players. LEDeXchange is available in three languages, English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese. You can register as a free LED supplier or become a featured LED supplier.

How do I become an LED supplier for free?

LEDinside does not charge general suppliers any fees. Any LEDinside member can register with LEDeXchange to become an LED supplier. After submitting accurate company information, you will receive an LEDinside verification email within 48 hours during workdays to notify you of the successful registration as a general LED supplier. Registrations that failed to pass the verification will not be notified. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

How do I become a featured LED supplier?

LEDinside’s featured LED supplier program is specifically launched for value members. General suppliers can apply to become featured suppliers. For detailed information, please visit

How do I post product information on LEDeXchange?

All verified LED suppliers are eligible to post product information on LEDeXchange.

How do I join LED QQ group?

All LEDinside members are eligible to apply to join LED QQ group(s).

Currently, LEDinside has two QQ groups, group 1 (quota full) and group 2:119656717.

With growing membership in LED QQ groups, LEDinside will open more QQ groups to facilitate communication among industry players. Please feel free to join our QQ group(s). It is a good opportunity to establish connections with the industry.

How do I join LED MSN group?

If you have an MSN account, just click the MSN group icon on the homepage of LEDinside（www.ledinside.com）to join us. Additionally, you can also add LEDinside1@hotmail.com to your contact list.

How do I become a registered member?

Please go to http://www.ledinside.com/user/register to fill in required information and complete your registration.

·The username cannot contain special characters except for periods (.), hyphens (-) and underscores (_).
·Please fill in a valid email address. All our e-mails will be sent to this address, including your initial password. The e-mail address will not be made public but will be used only when you want to receive the new password, specific news, or notifications.

Forgot the username or password?

Click ‘Login’ on the top of the site and select ‘Request new password’.
Step1: Please enter the email address that you registered with.

How do I change my username and password?

Change username:
Username is your only member ID in LEDinside and cannot be modified after successful registration.

Change password:
Log in and select ‘Edit’ in the user account page. Type in the new password and confirm it, then click ‘Save’ to finish setting the new password.

How do I view or modify my registered basic information?

Log in and click your username ‘xxx’ on the top right-hand corner, you will find ‘View’ and ‘Edit’ buttons for viewing and modifying personal information.

How do I subscribe to weekly newsletters?

LEDinside newsletter is a free service for our members, including LED price trends, featured articles and news information. After you have successfully registered as a general member, you are automatically included in our newsletter mailing list.

After login, select ‘Edit’ in your account page and click ‘My newsletters’ to manage newsletter language options. LEDinside currently offers newsletters in English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese. You can select your language preference.

Unable to log into the website after registration?

Here are possible reasons:
1. Internet disconnection or system errors may have occurred during the registration which causes failure of registration.
2. Your browser might have blocked cookies. Please check your browser’s cookies setting.
3. You might have entered an incorrect username or password. If you have forgotten your username/password, please go to “Request new password”.
4. Your account might be suspended due to inaccurate account information or misuse of LEDinside services. In this case, you can email service@ledinside.com or send us a query via the customer service QQ for details.

How do I post an article in the forum?

What is LEDX?

Introduction
Produced by LEDinside, LEDX reflects current LED market confidence and LED industry supply and demand trends. LEDinside releases LEDX to observe how LED industry is viewed and further analyze the changes in the industry structure.

LEDX is then divided into two indices, Chip-LEDX and Package-LEDX; the two indices are used to indicate the changes in the upstream chip and downstream package industry.

Compilation
LEDX is calculated by the changes between stock price and sales revenue of each company. The concept is similar to that of the index fund. LEDX is a weighted average indicator measuring the market performance of Taiwan's listed companies in the LED industry, and is used to represent LED market value. Through the performance of market value, changes in the fundamentals of LED industry can be easily observed.

Most of the operation model of LED companies from Europe, the United States, Japan, and Korea adopt a vertical integration form upstream LED chips to downstream LED package, some even extends to the final product (lamp).
