Japanese Mitsui $3.5 Million Investment in Lighting Control of Redwood Systems

Currently, Japanese conglomerate Mitsui Group has made a $3.5 million investment on LED lighting control developer Redwood Systems which computerized direct current lighting control systems aimed at improving energy efficiency. The system is capable of gathering data on things like temperature and room occupancy with sensors or motion detection cameras.
