Nualight Designates Shaun Gray as Its New CEO

Recently, Nualight Group, appointed Shaun Gray as its new CEO, Retail technology and business services expert. With over 25 years' experience in senior business roles across global corporations and SMEs, Gray brings an established track-record working with new technologies and diverse business models in both established and emerging markets.

Gray was CEO of Dione plc between 2002 and 2005, inheriting an insolvent mature business and turning it around in his first year to lay foundations for a high growth phase. In the two and a half years under Gray's stewardship, the company went from losses of $5million to $12m positive.  Gray also spent nearly 10 years in Siemens and was a Board member of its German-based $1 Billion financial services division up to 1998. 

"As we continue to grow globally and drive expansion into new market segments, his profile and industry experience fits extremely well with the Group's future vision. We look forward to working with Shaun in his new role and driving Nualight's progress on as an organization. He succeeds Liam Kelly, Nualight founder, who oversaw the company's rapid growth as CEO since its inception in 2005. Kelly, a serial entrepreneur, is retiring but will remain on the Board of the Nualight Group. Per Langholz, Nualight Chairman, said he welcomed the newest addition to the Nualight Group's executive team. "As a company we are working hard to continue to build a secure and solid foundation for future growth and profitability.  Shaun's technology track-record and expertise in business development will facilitate this," he said.
