Iluminage Beauty, a company that manufactures LED light therapy devices for beauty and cosmetic applications, today announced the appointment of George Cleary as the company's new Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to joining Iluminage Beauty, he served as President of Coty Beauty Americas, where he transformed the company into a market leader and quadrupled sales. Cleary's focus on innovation, strategic acquisitions and integrated marketing programs led Coty to become one of the fastest growing beauty companies in the industry. Before joining Coty, Cleary spent 15 years with Johnson & Johnson, where he held General Management and senior sales roles. While at Johnson & Johnson, Cleary made a significant contribution to the success of the Aveeno, Clean & Clear and ROC skin care brands. Cleary began his career in sales and trade marketing with the Nestle Food Company.
