“This recognition strengthens what we already know – that our team members are constantly striving to develop and deliver the most innovative and energy-efficient products available,” said Mark Eubanks, president, Eaton’s Cooper Lighting Division. “These WaveStream™ LED products are a true testament to our number one priority in offering solutions that make a difference to our customers.”

As the winner in the Parking, Roadway and Area Luminaires category, the McGraw-Edison TopTier parking garage/canopy luminaire’s industry-leading WaveStream LED optical performance, low power consumption, low life cycle cost, versatile configurations and architectural aesthetics make it an ideal solution for both retrofit and new construction opportunities.

The Metalux SkyBar high bay luminaire was the category winner in the Industrial, Vandal, Emergency and Exit category. It is the first high bay luminaire to offer uplight and adjustable optical blades, and also incorporates patented WaveStream LED optical technology to efficiently improve light quality and distribution for indoor high bay commercial, retail and industrial applications.

The LFI Innovation Awards received 261 entries spanning 14 categories and were judged by an independent panel of lighting professionals. LFI is the world’s largest annual architectural and commercial lighting trade show and conference and is sponsored by the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD) and the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES).
