TILS 2013:Yah Juang Lighting Enterprise's LED COB-AR111

Yah Juang Lighting Enterprise has LED COB-AR111 in replacement of old halogen AR111. The design motive: replace old high-wattage halogen lamps to reduce energy consuming, decrease carbon producing, save the environment where we live, rescue the earth, and increase the lamp brightness.

The LED COB light source has passed the LM80 test, having the LED substrate temperature set at 85℃ and the light source lit for continual 6,000 hours. The result must meet less than 3% in luminous decay. Geared with high power factor (PF> 80%) LED driver and efficient heat dissipation technique, the performance of Yah Juang’s AR111 in environment friendliness and product brightness receives industry-wide praise.


Full voltage (100V~240V) design eludes the likelihood of product failure out of customer unfamiliarity with voltage. It is easier to use and widely recognized by customers. The beam angle is 28° and thus LED AR111 has high luminous efficacy and high efficiency in support lighting. Its power consumption is 13W, so it saves 70% electricity compared to traditional halogen cup lamps. Its lifespan is 40,000 hours, 20 times that of a halogen cup lamp. It comes with a two-year warranty. LED AR111 has no ultraviolet and no hot light source and damages no exhibits. High CRI makes products colorful, vivid, and lifelike. Aluminum material makes it easier to dissipate heat.

LED AR111 is ready to use in indoor lighting, shop lighting, department store lighting, and all sorts of commercial and non-commercial lighting.

LED COB-AR111’s advantage in adopting COB instead of SMD light source:
1.    Super low thermal resistance. Its heat transfer rate is more than five times that of traditional LED.
2.    120lm/W high-efficacy light source.
3.    Excellent color constancy and clear light quality.
4.    Single point light source does not double shadow and has clear item image. We can get more concentrated and do not impair our eyesight.


COB AR111 is prettier and simpler than traditional SMD AR111. Our design concept of a hubcap is successfully applied to the appearance of COB AR111, giving a sense of change and difference. Aluminum surface has a good thermal management and thus not only lengthens the life hours but also optimizes the function.
