MaxLite LED Tube Light Resilient to Environment Factors Including Water, Dust and Corrosion

MaxLite introduces the LED TriMax Vapor Tight fixture as a direct replacement for fluorescent linear fixtures in locations that require waterproof, dustproof or corrosion proof lighting.

The vandal-resistant design and high efficacy of the TriMax is perfect for parking garages, stairwells, warehouses, food service and other commercial and industrial locations that call for hermetically sealed fixtures with an IP65 rating. Exceeding 115 lumens per watt, the TriMax is DesignLights Consortium (DLC) Premium low bay listed, enhancing its eligibility for maximum utility rebate incentives. The TriMax is offered in two lumen packages: a 40-watt model designed to replace three-lamp 32-watt T8 fluorescent fixtures, and a 60-watt version with equivalency to a two-lamp high-output 54-watt T5 luminaire. The TriMax consumes 40 – 60 percent less energy than its fluorescent counterparts and features a much sleeker form factor.

“In addition to raising the bar in efficiency, the TriMax adds an architectural option to MaxLite’s portfolio of LED vapor tight fixtures,” said Director of Indoor Product Management Ramesh Raghavan. “With its exceptional performance, durability and quick ROI with utility rebates, the TriMax is a tremendous value for new or retrofit projects that require vapor tight lighting.”

The four-foot-long TriMax is constructed of a durable, full-length polycarbonate lens and aluminum body and end caps that optimize heat dissipation for long-term reliability and durability over a lumen maintenance period of 50,000 hours. Designed for flexible installation, the TriMax can be surface mounted or suspended using an optional cable kit. The dimmable luminaire is offered in 4000K and 5000K color temperatures. MaxLite issues the TriMax with a five-year warranty and lifetime product support.
