Light Avenue Launches Blue High Voltage LED Chips

Light Avenue offers new 12V and 24V blue LED chips for general lighting applications.

The die technology and the big chip dimension deliver 5500-6000mW and typically emit at 460nm.

Light Avenue widens portfolio to offer high voltage LED chips

Two blue Leds chips in 12V and 24V for general lighting applications.

Light Avenue offers two new blue Led dice emitting at typ. 460 nm and typ. 5500-6000mW @700 respectively @525mA measurement current. The high voltage LED chip is suitable for general lighting applications like track lights or high bay lighting applications.

LA SB140VP1 (12)
This 140mil chip in its dimension3,5x3,5mm² emits form 450-465nm and performs with a radiant power from of typ. 5500mW depending on the driving current and binning.

LA SB140VP2 (24V)
The 140mil chip emits from 450-465nm and performs at typ. 6000mW @525mA depending on the driving current and binning.
