Orion Energy Systems Showcases Full Range of LED Commercial and Industrial Retrofit Solutions at LIGHTFAIR® International 2015

Orion Energy Systems, a leading designer and manufacturer of high-performance, energy-efficient retrofit lighting platforms, today announced that the Company will be displaying its full line of LED lighting products at LIGHTFAIR® International 2015 (“LIGHTFAIR”) (www.lightfair.com), an annual architectural and commercial lighting trade show and conference, at the Javits Center in New York City, NY from May 5 – 7, 2015.

John Scribante, Chief Executive Officer of Orion, stated, “We are aggressively expanding our LED product line, providing our customer base with superior, modular technology and customizable options that specifically address each of Orion’s target markets at a wide variety of price points. The ISON Class of Orion’s LED products, coupled with our integrated control systems and proprietary design, dramatically increases the functionality and benefits of a typical LED-only solution. These modular products available in vast combinations create more value and deliver higher quality light for less in each retrofit project.”

Orion is strengthening its position as the full-service retrofit leader in the lighting industry with the launch of several products for commercial, exterior, and industrial applications. These products allow customers to save energy, reduce maintenance and lower traditional lighting inventory while maintaining high quality of light for many years. Orion specializes in replacing the inefficient, 50-year old lighting technology installed at millions of square feet of existing facilities with highly efficient LED solutions.

The Company will be exhibiting several of these new LED lighting products at LIGHTFAIR, including:

  • LED Strip Series: A strip lighting product, both in retrofit and luminaire versions, created for industrial and commercial applications. The retrofit is designed for a rapid installation in as little as two minutes, with optimal lighting quality and minimal glare.
  • LED VaporTight: A fully enclosed narrow and wide version LED fixture that provides excellent lighting in food service facilities and harsh work environments.
  • LED Stairwell: One piece fixture body designed for ease of installation and featuring an Ultrasonic sensor for factory-set dimming options and adjustable settings to provide energy efficiency for various work locations.
  • Suspended Slim Line LED: A low wattage replacement for fluorescent fixtures ideal for retail applications and a high temperature option with external driver offered for industrial applications, with a choice of clear or frosted lens.
