Edison Opto Joins Zhaga Consortium and Introduces the EdiLex Linear Series (Strip and Area Lighting) Module

Zhaga is an industry-wide collaboration between companies from across the globe. Many international lighting manufactures have joined Zhaga. In order to maintain the leading position, Edison Opto, a Taiwanese leading lighting manufacturer in high power LED market, joins Zhaga consortium and develops the products which fit the market demand and environment protection actively. Edison Opto has successfully developed the EdiLex Linear Series (Strip and Area Lighting) Module which is referred to the specifications of Zhaga. EdiLex Linear Series (Strip and Area Lighting) Module was showcased in many international exhibitions such as Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition 2012 and 2012 LED Lighting Taiwan Exhibition and Congress. EdiLex Linear Series (Strip and Area Lighting) Module attracted customers' high attention.

EdiLex Linear Series (Strip and Area Lighting) Module uses high brightness SMD LED, which consumes low power and provides high rending color in Cool White, Neutral White and Warm White. EdiLex Linear Series (Strip and Area Lighting) Module is suitable for fruit and vegetables lighting, because it can present the true color of the products and reflect the freshness of goods. Edison Opto introduces five different dimensions, and three of them are fit the specifications of Zhaga (LLE-L28W6, LLE-L28W4 and LLE-L56W4). Besides, for each dimension, there are two emitter types (PLCC 3014 and PLCC 5630) for customers to choose. Under 22 Watt, the LLE-L56W4 with PLCC 5630 can reach 2400 lumens. Besides, EdiLex strip module features slim design and light weight which is easy to assemble. EdiLex strip module is suitable for restricted space so that users can replace linear fluorescent luminaires with LED solutions. The notched mechanical design of EdiLex strip module makes them can connect each other easily and create totally new shapes. In addition to strip module, Edison Opto introduces EdiLex Area Lighting module which is referred to the interfaces specifications of Zhaga. Using EdiLex Linear Series (Strip and Area Lighting) Module can shorten the developing process and expand quickly. As a result, EdiLex Linear Series (Strip and Area Lighting) Module is widely used in office lighting, stairway accent lighting, cabinet lighting and general lighting.

Edison Opto is devoted to developing the products which fit the market demand and making a contribution to environmental protection. EdiLex Linear Series (Strip and Area Lighting) Module is compliant to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS). The restricted materials are not used in EdiLex Linear Series (Strip and Area Lighting) Module in order to provide an environmentally friendly product to the customers. In the future, Edison Opto will continually develop the products which are referred to the specifications of Zhaga. By introducing the products which are referred to the specifications of Zhaga, Edison Opto can enhance their product penetration. Edison Opto takes practical actions to support and promote the specifications of Zhaga, and makes their customers can interchange LED light sources which are made by different manufacturers easily.
