Maxlite Releases LED Filament Lamps with ENERGY STAR Certification

MaxLite expands its popular Filament Lamp Series with ENERGY STAR certified models designed to reproduce the ambience of incandescent filament bulbs at a fraction of the energy cost.

The line includes candelabra, A19, globe and ST18 bulb shapes designed to complement chandeliers, pendants, wall sconces and other decorative lighting fixtures in hospitality, retail and residential interiors.

Offered in 40- and 60-watt equivalents, the dimmable lamps feature visible linear LED filaments that deliver the vintage look and warm glow of their incandescent counterparts using 80 percent less energy.

The lamps are constructed of clear glass, with no visible heat sink, for an eye-pleasing appearance in exposed-bulb fixtures. In addition, the lamps offer a maintenance-free lifespan of 15,000 hours at L70 standards.

“MaxLite is pleased to offer an ENERGY STAR certified version of this very popular bulb style,” said Product Manager Alex Truong. “By choosing ENERGY STAR certified lamps, designers can achieve a vintage look while saving energy with the newest LED technology.”
