Low tire pressure alert lights remain blinking for as long as 600 hours (25 days) to provide drivers with ample warning; low battery warnings will also remain active for 100 hours (over four days). Naturally, the Smart Cap remains an outstanding complement to Ride-On Tire Protection System (TPS), which prevents blow-outs by automatically filling-in holes and which has become a standard part of the safety and performance regimen of countless drivers.
