Cree has signed a license agreement with Nippon Steel Corporation on silicon carbide (SiC) materials. According to the agreement, Nippon Steel Corporation, and affiliates including Nippon Steel Materials Co., Ltd., have been given the right to manufacture and sell silicon carbide materials for electronic device applications. The Mall of America is giving its two parking ramps a lighting makeover this year that will cost about $3 million, saving the mall about $500,000 a year. Everlight Announced Its Sales Revenue of First Quarter

Recently, Everlight has announced its sales revenue of first quarter. Its pretax profits is NT$538 million, or NT$1.28 per share, more than double the earnings of NT$262 million posted a quarter earlier.
