For reached the requirement of street light that output 85 lm/W. If led light engine can’t reach 110 lm/W then the street light can’t pass 85 lm/W spec.. Because the lens, power and heat effect will be decrease the led performance about 20%. Cool white is not easy to thread light through the fog and warm white can’t not reach street light requirement.
