Avago's new 15° and 30° viewing angle LED lamps

Avago produced HLMP-Ex1A/1B-xxxDV (15°) and HLMP-Ex3A/3B-xxxDV (30°) to follow the European Standard EN 12966-1 for variable message traffic signs. And they are Pb-free and RoHS-6 compliant.

These 5mm extra bright LEDs are available in red and amber colors. The maximum LED junction temperature limit of +130°C makes high temperature operation in bright sunlight conditions possible. To reduce the effects of long term exposure to direct sunlight, the lamp epoxy uses UV inhibitors.
