Brazil Gets a Makeover with Samsung Electronics

Samsung Electronics has installed 80 large-format displays (460UT), 236 latest LCD monitors, and 34 LED and LCD TVs in the control center, offices and conference rooms at Rio de Janeiro’s City Hall, to dress up the city as a smart city.

It’s said that the video installed at the control center is not only the largest in Brazil but also in the whole of Central and South America.

The Brazil government will operate the control center in preparation for the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Olympics.
