Lighting Science Group has teamed up with Dixon Technologies to jointly tap into India LED lighting market.

Dixon Technologies will play as Lighting Science Group’s exclusive distributor of its high performance LED bulbs, fixtures and infrastructure products in India's 1.8 billion dollar lighting market.

With Dixon's established and extensive network in India, Lighting Science Group will help the subcontinent meet its rapidly growing energy and infrastructure demands.

Dixon Technologies' distribution network features 11 branch offices, in addition to over 1300 dealers and 100 distributors, helping to ensure competitive product placement throughout the country.

Mr. Atul Lall, DMD of Dixon Technologies, said that "In the next twenty years, India will boast over 68 cities with populations exceeding 1 million; by comparison, in all of Europe there presently exists 35 urban centers which have reached that level of resident density.
