Philips Sets up First Lighting Store in UK

Lately, Philips has set up its first ever lighting store Philips Light Gallery, situated in London’s Westbourne Grove, UK, to showcase the latest LED technology.


Philips Light Gallery will offer a range of lighting solutions for living areas, children’s bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor areas, with shoppers able to browse room by room.

Additionally, trained staff is employed to help customers chose their lighting solutions but with a special focus on explaining the benefits of LED.

Peter Maskell, Philips chairman and MD of Lighting said; "Philips seeks to inspire people to experiment with light and to discover the endless possibilities it provides to enhance and transform a space. With the final stage of the incandescent phase out now complete, more than ever, consumers are looking for advice and guidance on energy efficient lighting - whether that be how to purchase the right bulb for their home or how best to light a specific space."
