WEPOWER Ecolutions Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Premier Holding Corp. , has cooperated with Independence LED Lighting, LLC, to distribute its Forged in America(TM) superior LED Tubes and LED Fixture products.

The Company plans on complementing its existing portfolio of WEPOWER intelligent lighting ecolutions with its recent acquisition announcement of Active ES E-Series(TM), LightHawk(TM), LightOwl(TM) lighting controls, distribution of Orion Apollo(R) Light Pipe Skylights, Orion InteLite(R) Dynamic Device Motion Control Sensor Systems and now the integration and distribution of Independence LED Tubes.
