[Financial Updates] Philips Lighting Completes Cancellation of 2.8 Million Shares

Philips Lighting announced that it has completed the cancellation of 2.8 million shares that it repurchased from Royal Philips on November 28, 2017 for an aggregate amount of EUR 90 million.

After this cancellation, Philips Lighting’s issued share capital consists of 140.2 million ordinary shares.
