Lumenpulse Opens EMEA Headquarters in UK

London office to support growing global LED fixtures demand

Lumenpulse Inc., a leading innovator and manufacturer of high performance, architectural LED-based lighting solutions for commercial, institutional, and urban environments, today announced the opening of a new EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Asia-Pacific) Sales Headquarters based in London, UK, which will begin operations immediately.

Located in the historic Leathermarket, a short walk from London Bridge, the office will provide full sales, technical and application support for countries in Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions. The opening of the London office is a demonstration of the Lumenpulse commitment to serving new and existing customers around the world, and is a further step towards addressing the growing worldwide LED fixtures market, which is estimated to reach $9 billion by 2014 according to market analysts Strategies Unlimited.

The office will be headed up by Gorm Teichert, Lumenpulse Executive Vice President International Sales and a lighting and LED industry veteran of over 20 years.

“Choosing to locate our EMEA Sales Headquarters in London was a strategic decision,” said Teichert. “As well as being an international transport hub, London is a major center for the architectural and lighting design community. We’re now in the perfect position to be able to offer close support to UK based specifiers and our international customer base.”

Lumenpulse’s award-winning fixtures are already in use across the globe, illuminating the Gardens by the Bay at Marina Bay, Singapore, the Stockholm Waterfront Congress Center in Sweden, and BC Place in Vancouver, Canada.

“Our EMEA Sales Headquarters is part of our ongoing strategy of making Lumenpulse a world leading developer of architectural LED lighting by thinking internationally while acting locally. Our presence in London will ensure first rate customer service and project support for our growing client base around the world,” said Francois-Xavier Souvay, Lumenpulse founder, president and CEO.
