PearlLED Developed LED Bulb Using Autodesk Inventor Software

Benefiting from the Autodesk Clean Tech Partner Program, which provides software for emerging clean tech companies in North America and Europe, PearlLED is using Autodesk's Digital Prototyping software to help design a new LED lightbulbs.

The new Pearl-30 LED bulb is designed to convert a full 90 percent of the energy directly into light, allowing it to shine brightly while giving off very little heat.

Pearl-30 can shed light for as much as 70,000 hours.
 
The Pearl-30 is free-mercury, and is made with 95 percent recyclable materials, which means it can save companies as much as $1,500 in replacement costs over the life of the product.
