AmerTac Recalls 261,000 LED Night-Lights

According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, due to 18 reports of LED night-lights smoking, burning and melting, with one consumer suffering a minor burn, American Tack & Hardware Co. Inc. (AmerTac) recalled about 261,000 these night-lights.

The recalled LED night lights including the model numbers 71193, 71194 and 327879 and the letters KML and ETL molded into the back.

It’s the second recall in a little over two months for AmerTac. In December, the company recalled other night-lights for the same problem.
