Artemide Designes Egle LED Table Lamp

Recently, a lamp manufacturer Artemide has designed a table lamp called Egle,which features adjustable direct LED lighting and is available in polished white, black, or chrome finishes. It’s able to old tiny objects and spreads light when the lamp is adjusted downward.

Egle’s stem rotates 150 degrees vertically and 40 degrees horizontally. The diffuser rotates 300 degrees, giving the user the ability to point a beam of light in just the right place.

According to a press release by lighting retailer YLighting,energy-efficient lightingmarket is estimated to grow 35% per year through 2012.

Sean Callahan, CEO of YLighting, said modern design enthusiasts have been early adopters of LED lighting, so his company continues to add new lamp offerings – like Egle – “as quickly and economically as possible.”
