SemiLEDs Introduces New 'Enhanced Vertical' (EV) LED Product

SemiLEDs has introduced its new 'Enhanced Vertical' (EV) LED product series.

The EV LEDs feature higher thermal endurance, ensuring better reliability at higher temperatures. In addition, they feature SemiLEDs' vertical chip structure on a patented metal alloy substrate, offering advantages in excellent optical output and high thermal conductivity.

They are available for global sales and immediate sampling in blue, green and UV and chip sizes of 0.4mm x 0.4mm through 1.5mm x 1.5mm.
