Innolux Corporation announced its 2Q 2026 consolidated revenues of NT$ 63.7 billion, operating profit of NT$ 1.63 billion, net profit of NT$ 4.65 billion, and a basic EPS of NT$ 0.57, depreciation & amortization of NT$ 7.5 billion and capital expenditure of NT$ 2.3 billion.
In 2Q26, the sales revenue in terms of product application, Auto, TV, Mobile phone & CP, Mobile PC and Desktop panels accounted for 39%, 27%, 16%, 15% and 3% respectively. In terms of business domain, display component represented 60% and non-display was 40% of net sales. Within the display component, Commodity sector and Non-commodity sector represented 47% and 13% of net sales respectively.
In the second quarter of 2026, pull-in momentum from brand customers moderated. Although revenue decreased by 4.4% quarter-over-quarter, the Company enhanced its product mix and expanded high-margin businesses, driving slight sequential improvements in gross margin and EBITDA margin to 14.6% and 14.3%, respectively. Building on the profitability momentum of the previous quarter, the Company achieved its fourth consecutive quarter of positive net profit, demonstrating robust operational resilience and sustained profitability.
Looking forward to the third quarter of 2026, overall panel demand is expected to level off due to front-loaded inventory buildup by brand customers in the first half of the year. Moving forward, the Company will closely monitor macroeconomic variables, including Middle East geopolitical developments as well as energy and critical component costs, to safeguard operational flexibility and steady performance. Furthermore, the Company remains committed to its "Dual-Track Transformation" strategy, continuing to allocate resources toward high-potential applications for long-term growth.
