We’re delighted to announce that Planar has been given a Best of ISE 2026 Award for the new Planar® Simplicity™ E Series. The next-generation line of large format 4K LCD displays was recognized by rAVe as a top innovation making a major impact on the AV industry, winning Best LCD Display in the category of Displays and Projection.
The Simplicity E Series was introduced in January and made its public debut at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2026 in Barcelona, demonstrating wireless connectivity and continuous-run operation for essential digital signage applications.

Featuring dependable performance, Planar Simplicity E Series enables easy wireless connectivity through embedded WiFi or Bluetooth® without the need of additional equipment. The new solution is available in 43, 50, 55, 65, 75, 86 and 98-inch models that deliver 500 nits of brightness and media playback. The displays also include three HDCP 2.2-compliant HDMI® ports supporting native 4K resolution at up to 60Hz, along with USB, RS-232 and IR control. Customers also benefit from ENERGY STAR® certification, helping minimize energy consumption and costs while maintaining reliable performance.
rAVe’s Best of ISE Awards honour solutions that push modern technology to a new level. This year’s winners were recognized across nine categories, spotlighting a vast range of industry-leading solutions that are perfect for end user and integrator projects.
This award follows Planar’s Best of InfoComm 2025 Award win from rAVe, which celebrated the DirectLight® Essential Series in the Displays and Projection category. The high-performance Chip-on-Board LED video wall was named Best New LED Platform Expansion.
