LG announces that all of its LCD TVs will be LED-based from now on

We are here at LG's CES 2013 press conference, where the company has just announced that it's only going to be using LEDs for its LCD HDTVs from now on. The company will still be producing Plasma TVs, so don't worry if you're still wedded to the standard. At the same time, it's also showing off its second-generation Cinema 3DTV design, that's packing an even thinner bezel.
