Super Lighting and Obert Receive Favorable Verdict in Patent Infringement Case in Western District of Texas

Jiaxing Super Lighting Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. and Obert, Inc. (together "Super Lighting"), one of the world's leading LED tube and lamp suppliers, announce that a jury on Nov. 4, 2021, rendered a verdict in favor of Super Lighting in the lawsuit against CH Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. ("CH Lighting"), Shaoxing Ruising Lighting Co., Ltd. ("Ruising"), and Elliott Electric Supply.

The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas jury arrived at a favorable decision for Super Lighting after finding three of their fundamental LED tube lamp patents U.S. Patent Nos. 10,295,125; 9,939,140; and 10,352,540 all valid and enforceable. The jury also found that CH Lighting and Ruising willfully infringed these patents-in-suit.

Details of the final judgment will be made available to the public in the weeks ahead and cover behaviors by CH Lighting and Ruising.
