LED Video display system Installed at Wembley Stadium

Daktronics Inc, a leading provider of full-color LED video displays, recently designed, manufactured and installed an integrated LED video display system at the Wembley Stadium in London, England.

The two main LED video displays measuring 8.15 meters x 23.88 meters feature a unique concaved design. The displays offer a resolution of 528 pixels x 1560 pixels in a 15HD pixel layout, which can be used for single large-size video or can be split into different windows.

The ribbon display measures 0.75 meters high by 612 meters in circumference along the sitting area and can be used for stadium communication and sponsor videos. The LED displays will benefit both fans as well as event organizers.

With a seating capacity of 90,000 spectators, the Wembley Stadium is England's national stadium and the second largest in Europe. With the new LED installations, it continues to be one of the most technologically advanced stadiums in the world.
