Shenzhen Changfang Lighting announced its wholly owned subsidiary, Huizhou CF Lighting replaced its legal representative Zi-Zhang Deng with Zi-Hua Deng, which was approved by the Huizhou City State Administration of Business and Commerce on December 4.
