Nichia’s o.3t LED Chips to be Booked by Apple for 6.1 inch New iPhone

The Japanese LED giant Nichia, according industry sources, will supply Apple with its 0.3t LED chips for use in the backlight of the new iPhone’s LTPS-LCD panels.
