Red InGaN μLEDs for Displays

University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB) in the USA suggests that indium gallium nitride (InGaN) red micro-sized light-emitting diodes (μLEDs) could provide a solution for displays [Panpan Li et al, Appl. Phys.
