4K Leyard LED chosen for film institute’s rooftop cinema

A cinema on the new roof terrace at the the Danish Film Institute (DFI) building in Copenhagen has been fitted with a Leyard 4K LED screen. The cinema is the centrepiece of the 1,700 sq metre terrace, which is also home to a bar, eatery, exhibition space, children’s play area and two outdoor ‘videotheque’ covered booths for watching movies on large touchscreens. The DFI chose a Leyard Luminate Ultra Series 1.5 mm display due to its suitability for outdoor use, with an IP66 weatherproof rating, dual power supply and ultra-wide viewing angle. ...
