[News] ZJ Innolight Debuts on HKEX in Record IPO as InP Substrate Bottleneck Intensifies

Zhongji Innolight, a global leader in optical transceivers, officially listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) on July 30, 2026. The company priced its H-share offering at HKD 980 per share, securing base gross proceeds of HKD 53.410 billion (with net proceeds reaching approximately HKD 54.513 billion). If the 15% over-allotment option is exercised in full, total fundraising will expand to HKD 61.422 billion.
